If you can provide in-house advice and counsel on a range of legal issues in manufacturing (preferable automotive) your career may be relocating to Georgia. The issues that you are familiar with are labor, employment, benefits, wage and hour and regulatory law and you are ready to move up the corporate ladder. You are focused on responsibilities such as:

Providing legal advice about employment law matters

Managing subpoenas that require requesting employment-related information.

Assisting with implementation and documentation of internal investigations.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with team members regarding issues such as separations, confidentiality, non-solicitation and payroll-related issues.

Regularly updating HR and other appropriate departments with regard to new legislation, trends, and plans for risks in the employment area.

You will work closely with the General Counsel/Assistant General Counsel on all legal matters. Other legal areas of responsibility may be assigned based on departmental need. Corporate and manufacturing combination ideal or large law firm and in-house experience in the automobile industry

Put your tremendous GPA and Jurist Doctor Degree from that ABA Accredited Law School to work for this outstanding manufacturing organization. If you have 7-10 years experience, excellent academic credentials, member of any State Bar Association, and substantive background with labor and employment, contracts, commercial transaction and litigation do not hesitate to apply.
